How to Turn in a Work Order

Tech Staff should be contacted immediately if an emergency occurs such as:

  • Internet is down for 5 minutes or longer

  • Needing to know what a student has been looking at on the internet

  • Anything completely out of the ordinary like lewd images popping up on computer screen

In other instances, there are issues that arise that can sometimes be fixed by the user. Some of these common issues include:

  • Copier Issues

  • Chromebook Problems

  • Logging into WiFi

  • Classroom Phone Issues

  • General Computer/Monitor Problems
